What happens when I go over my limit?

Nothing stops. Extra inquiries are billed at $0.05 each at the end of the month, and we will suggest a plan change if it is cheaper.

Do I need a WhatsApp Business account?

Yes. We connect through the official WhatsApp Business Platform. Setup takes about 20 minutes and we walk you through it.

Can I switch the AI off for some conversations?

Any time. Take over a thread with one tap, pause the assistant per channel, or set quiet topics it never answers.

Is there a contract?
